73-Calorie Biscoff Donut (No Sugar) | SweetMonkfruit Recipe

73-Calorie Biscoff Donut (No Sugar) | SweetMonkfruit Recipe

November 15, 2025Savita Datta

No sugar. No guilt. Maximum Biscoff energy.

Plain donuts had a good run, but it’s time to retire them. Make 73-calorie Biscoff donuts with zero sugar using SweetMonkfruit. Soft, high-impact flavour without the crash, sweetened naturally with monk fruit. Why would you ever settle for anything less?

This recipe is high-impact, low-effort, and wildly satisfying. It’s the kind of thing you make “just to try,” and suddenly you’re guarding the batch like a dragon with emotional issues.

Let’s get into it.

Why This Donut Slaps

Biscoff anything hits a certain emotional part of the brain. But typically, Biscoff recipes come with enough sugar to take out a small village. Not this one.

By using SweetMonkfruit for sweetness, you keep the flavour without the sugar crash. The texture stays light, the sweetness stays clean, and the result is a 73-calorie donut that tastes way more indulgent than it is.

It’s the ultimate upgrade from a plain donut that does absolutely nothing for you.

Ingredients

Biscoff Topping

  • 25 mL milk

  • 25 g Biscoff spread
    (Mix and chill. Literal magic.)

Donuts

  • 40 g oat flour

  • 1.5 tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 15 g SweetMonkfruit

  • 1.2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 100 g vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1 egg

How to Make It

1. Prep the Biscoff Topping

Mix the milk and Biscoff spread until smooth. Pop it in the fridge so it thickens. Try not to “sample” half of it. It’s a trap.

2. Make the Donut Batter

In a separate bowl, mix the oat flour, baking powder, salt, SweetMonkfruit, vanilla, yogurt, and egg. Stir until everything comes together. It’s thick, but that’s what makes it fluffy.

3. Bake

Spoon the batter into a donut tray and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes.
Let them cool completely before dipping. I know you won’t want to wait, but if you don’t… you’ll melt your topping and cry.

4. Dip

Grab your chilled Biscoff topping and dip the donuts.
Add a mini Biscoff cookie on top if you want to feel like your life is finally coming together.

Final Thoughts

These donuts shocked me. They’re soft, flavourful, and that Biscoff layer is unreal. I was genuinely tempted to eat the entire tray in one sitting, which tells you everything you need to know.

If you want a dessert that feels indulgent but fits into literally any calorie target, this recipe is your new go-to.

You’re welcome.
