Everyone’s baking with Fruity Pebbles lately… me, I am everyone 🤪

These high-protein cheesecake bites are a colourful, crunchy way to enjoy your favourite childhood cereal without the sugar crash. Each serving is just 56 calories with 8 g protein, 0 g sugar, 0.5 g fat, and 5 g carbs—sweetened naturally with SweetMonkfruit, made from real monk fruit juice powder.

What makes SweetMonkfruit special?
Unlike artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols, monk fruit’s sweetness comes from natural antioxidant compounds called mogrosides, which taste just like sugar but have zero calories and no bitterness. It’s heat-stable and perfect for baking, meaning you can make guilt-free desserts that actually taste good.

Here’s how to make them:

Blend:

  • 240 g cottage cheese (1 %)

  • 240 g plain Greek yogurt

  • 100 g egg whites

  • 1 scoop whey protein

  • 12 g pudding mix (vanilla or cheesecake flavour)

  • 8 g SweetMonkfruit

  • 42 g Fruity Pebbles cereal (use ~32 g in the mix, sprinkle the rest on top)

Bake or Air Fry:

  • Pour into cupcake or muffin molds.

  • Air fryer: 250 °F for 15 – 17 min

  • Oven: 300 °F for 20 – 23 min

Let them cool before biting in—the texture lands somewhere between cheesecake and protein muffin, with a crunchy Fruity Pebbles topping that feels straight out of Saturday morning cartoons.

Sweet, nostalgic, and sugar-free. Welcome to dessert-time without the crash.
