Ingredients
- 1 lb (454 g) skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp SweetMonkFruit
- 1 tsp chili-garlic sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Method
- Heat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment.
- Whisk soy sauce, lime juice, SweetMonkFruit, chili-garlic sauce and sesame oil; toss with salmon and spread in one layer.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the salmon flakes and reaches 145°F (63°C); top with green onions.
